Italian Cookie Recipe
8 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tbl baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 sticks margarine
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly. Then add remaining. Form into loaves about 4"x8"x1/2" thick; cut each loaf into 1/2" slices. Bake at 375
F
for 20 to 25 minuites. Good cookies for dunking!
